Detail info My Points tab displayed incorrectly was created by Jizza

Hello Adrian,

I've edited the Points/Currency ratio in the options page on the back-end side of VMVendor Suite but for some reason the detail info shown on the my points tab shows: Reminder:1pt = 0,00 €

Is there another location where I need to modify these settings as well?

Hi Julien,

I'm not sure I get what reminder you mention.
Can you join a little screenshot ?

I see, this is within an activity item.
It must be because at the time the activity got triggered, the ration was defined as it says.
If you edit the ration after , this is not modified.
Hope it makes it clear.

Dear Andrian,

I've created a new order with the the ratio already being modified and the activity remains the same thus showing "Reminder:1pt = 0,00" again.

Am I overlooking something?
