Yes , enble the module on a new empty page , for instance.

- An error, notice or warning? report the exact message including the line number
- If you get a white page , enable error reporting and / or check your server error logs.

I have "Virtuemart Vendors" module (Displays Virtuemart vendors with submitted products count. To be used with VMVendors component from nordmograph.com) installed and enabled and NOT mod_vmvendors or vmvendors.
Is it the same one or I am missing vmvendors module from VM Vendor?

mod_vmvendors
comes with VMVendor
