Problem with thumbnail images

Hi! There's a problem I can't solve. I can't understand how VMVendor creates product image thumbnails. After a week of searching for a place in the code where the conditions for creating thumbnails are written - and I did not find this place.

In the picture in the attachment products added from the Cabinet VMVendor-they are all different in height.

If you add pictures through the admin Virtuemart they are all the same, Virtuemart creates thumbnails correctly. VMVendor creates thumbnails not as I need.

I want to make it right. I need all the thumbnails to have the same proportions and size.

Tell me where is the code that creates the thumbnails?

Hello,

Sorry for the late reply.
Actually, VMV uses the thumbnail generation settings from Virtuemart. So I guess something is broken or moved.
Can you share your Virtuemart thumbnail generation settings from the main Virtuemart configuration page?

Hello, according to your settings
( you set thumbnail width to 100% and no thumbnail height)
the original image ratio is preserved which is recommended because if you don't set these, you'll get stretched thumbnails.

New settings were introduced in the latest VM:
full width and full height settings but they are related to original picture.

If you want to look at the code you can look in the com_vmvendor/controllers/addproduct.php around line 742

Thanks for the reply! The thing is, if I remove 100% from the list of all categories, the parent categories lose their thumbnails. Here's the error it turns out resizeimg new . At the same time, the size of the product thumbnails does not change at all, see the picture of the list of products in the attachment.

Even more, resizing the width and height on this VM settings page does not affect the size of the product thumbnails at all. I have tried to install different sizes. But it didn't help.

These settings only are applyed on picture upload (thumbnail generation). If you change settings, it will only apply to upcoming pictures.
