Error 0 after the install of newly bought VMVendor

I've this error 0 (screenshot) after the install in the withdrawpoints directory. What should I do?

Hello,

What userpoints are you using? Please post a screenshot of the VMVendor options in the Withdraw tab.

- Need help? Post the URL of the related page (eventualy as confidential info), it will help solve your issue faster.
- An error, notice or warning? report the exact message including the line number
- If you get a white page , enable error reporting and / or check your server error logs.

I've solved this problem. After I've upgraded VMVendor the configuration changed to NONE in Withdraw directory. Now I've switched it to VMVendor points, but as soon as I done it, old problem with convertECB.php came back. Then 5 minutes later the old problem disappeared.
What's more compatible with my version of VMVendor, JomSocial PRO v4.7.2 or EasySocial PRO v3.1.4?
