Hello,
What does it mean 'instances' in this case?
For example, in which directory should I place these .ini files if I want to override outputs in Public vendor profile or in edit vendor profile window?
Thank you!

For instance= for example

It was an example for language files. If you want to change the html and use Joomla template overrides. You can, just liek any other J component
in
templates/[your_template]/html/com_vmvendor/vendorprofile/default.php
templates/[your_template]/html/com_vmvendor/editprofile/default.php

Hello,
OK, thank you!
Would it be correct to put language files for second language for VMVendor files (Vendor Profile, Edit Vendor Profile, etc.) like this:
public_html/site_directory/administrator/language/fr-FR/fr-FR.com_vmvendor.ini
?
Thank you!

That would be for the Backend.
For the front end, the language folder is outside the administrator folder.
