How the seller know if his item was sold? was created by carlota
Hi,

I wanna ask, how a seller know if his item sold?
Do I need to inform my seller that his item was sold or it is auto confirmation to his dashboard?

Hi Carlota,

This is the purpose of plg_vmpayment_points2vendor
It's supposed to reward points to vendor according to the sells aount minus a comission for the shop admin
And also emails vendor for notification.

- An error, notice or warning? report the exact message including the line number
- If you get a white page , enable error reporting and / or check your server error logs.

Hi,

I have checked many times. Seller didn't receive any emails nor no reports on sellers dashboard.
That's why I am wondering how seller know his item was sold out.

Can you make sure the plugin VM - VMVENDOR Payment - Points2Vendor is enabled ?
