Hi, I would like to know if extensions are compatible with each other?
the "altauseropoints" points can be used to buy products from various "vmvendor" sellers?
each seller is independent ?

Yes
Each seller is partly independant, but all relies on some Virtuemart Mainvendor settings.
And yes customers can buy in your shop using the altauserpoints Virtuemart plugin
