Business ad slider with geolocation, for Jomsocial

Hi!

have a Jomsocial website in development. I am looking for an ad slider module that will display ads based on location, set by the advertiser.
For example, if I'm a business owner located in Berlin, I want my ads to appear only for users in my area. I would prefer the banner to appear only to users in 2 kilometer radius from my store (since Berlin is a big place), and if not, only for people living in Berlin.
The ad should either contain an image, text or video (like a FB/Instagram "story").

Is there currently any way to do this or does this require development?
