Thanks, I'll give it a try in a few minutes. Is there a way to have it auto deduct the points instead of doing it manually ?

Mine not working too.

The emails is received by admin after user requests a withdrawal of the points to paypal but the points are not deducted.

Let me know the solution to this.

Can you check the AUP rule is installed and published?

But this never came with the file I downloaded.

It isnt installed actually. Is this a plugin as I can see in the name you posted? If so, I do not have that installed. I just installed the module I got from the file I downloaded.
