Values of a field to select and show users

Hi,
we try to use different values of a field (multi profile- Jomsocial) to select user from one type of business and show their markers.
The purpose is to show type of stores selected during the registration process using Jomsocial.

The only way proposed is by Profile ID. There's only one Profile ID behind the stores, and the type of them is a value of a field of this profile.

How could we proceed?
