Is this extension compatible with Joomla 3.0? If so, on mobile, can users establish their location by GPS?

Hello

Yes itis compatible with Joomla 3 and latest CB or Jomsocial 3.
Location can be set by browser (html5 location)

Yes it uses GPS when available
