What jspt version?
Jspt was recently conflicting with geommunity. We contacted the Jomlaxi team and they made a fix, in their latest version. xipt_ver3.0.421

the 3.0421 seems to be beta.....

Note:-

* Please do not use it on Live site, It has major changes. It may break your site's functionality.
* It is only for testing purpose, you must take backup of your site before Upgrading to JSPT 3.0 beta.

The only news I got from JSPT is that they said they fixed the Geommunity conflict issue in that beta.

Have you tryed disabling the jspt plugin to see if it was causing the issue?

we ran another update now and it seems to work. We had to update both:

JSPT 3.0.450 Stable
JomSocial Profile Completeness (JSPC)
