Error: Undefined property: geoiprecord::$areacode

We keep getting these errors on our site:

Table 'mas_geo_members' already exists SQL=CREATE TABLE `mas_geo_members` ( `id` int(11) NOT NULL auto_increment, `userid` int(11) NOT NULL, `lid` int(11) NOT NULL, `ipAddress` varchar(15) NOT NULL default '', `update` tinyint(3) NOT NULL, PRIMARY KEY (`id`) )

Notice: Undefined property: geoiprecord::$areacode in /chroot/home/outdoora/outdooradvertisingnetwork.org/html/plugins/system/db/geoengine.php on line 340

We have deleted these tables and yet they return. We have removed friend location plugin in case of conflict.
