Map on registration

Is there something I'm doing wrong? I used to use this for CB, but have switched to Jomsocial. I have the map on every profile, but when someone tries to register, it is no longer there for someone to select their location. As of right now, you have to go to your profile and then you can select your location. I need it to appear on the registration page. What do I need to do?

Edit - I'm not going to be having City/Country/Location as an option to my users. In other words, there isn't going to be any information where Google or a system can translate it and plot it onto a map. I need the users to be able to *manually* plot their location when registering, like in CB.

Damnit. Even if they manually plot their location...their location is going to automatically be synchronized with what they have put with their address once they save their profile, isn't it?

Yes Jomsocial does not allow the plugin to show on registration. Yes if a user saves a profile edition, Jomsocial re-geocodes the user based on user's address fields.
