delete geommunity locator title in plug-in

I want to be able to change the text of the Geommunity Locator title that appear at the top of the map plugin within the jomsocial profile. Its titled 'Geommunity Map Locator Profile application'. I want to change that to some specific to the my site.

Have you tried changing it in the language file?

Yes, this is my language file and you can see the changes but they do not show up in the plugin that appears in the profile section.

Tried that but it did nothing. Attached is a screen print of the text I want to change just to be sure.
