Does the plugin 'Geommunity Geocoder' fulfill my needs?

Hi - I am using the Joomla plugin: 'Community Builder' for my social website. For the user's registration process I am looking for a component which helps to autocomplete the user's address (= country / city / zipcode). My question: Is the 'Geommunity Geocoder' plugin the right plugin for this purpose? ...and if the answer is 'yes' is there somewhere a tutorial on how to use it? regards
