Hello

Content Plugins in VM can show on top or below the product description.
These are the 2 only locations for a plugin to show. There is nothing I can do for this.
This is dependent on VM.

Sorry actually, It's only possible in VM2 an J2.5 and it's set in the plugin parameters.
