The map is ok now, any idea why the Scrollwheel, and etc. not showing up?

Not sure what you mean.
Map still not shwoing to me on
index.php?option=com_vmvendor&view=addproduct

Random Products module still there.

This is what i meant, I have enabled the scroll wheel setting, but the button is not showing on the map.

The vm2geolocator plugin only concern the product details page.
But I agree you should still have some controls showing there.
Not sure yet why you don't

The scroll wheel controls are not showing in product detail pages also

Yes , a css class in your template is hiding these.
You could verify this trying another template.
But it won't help much to solve it.
