Non on a aussi 1 seule icone demarker par 3rd party plugin.

Did you unzip it first as written in the file name ?

This what you have downloaded:
plg_vmcustom_vm2geolocator_UNZIPFIRST.zip
UNZIP it to get
plg_vmcustom_vm2geolocator_vm3.zip

Install plg_vmcustom_vm2geolocator_vm3.zip via the Joomla installer
I just tested, it installed fine
