Please precise what you don't understand.
Payment to vendor is processed as points using the AlphaUserPoints compoenent.
It occurs when an order stauts is set automatically or manually to 'confirmed'

It requires a little code addition at 1 location in 1 VM file. as explained in the VMVendor backend mainscreen.

Hi,

When any vendor product cost is 100$, then buyer will view : 100$ + 10$ (website admin/owner commission) = 110$

While processing paypal payment checkout : 100 $ will go to seller account & 10$ should go to site owner account.

How to achieve this ?

Not exactly.

If site commission is 10% (in the VMVendor parameters)
and if points ration parameter is 1

Product costs 100$, customer pays 100$
then when order is confirmed
90 points go to Vendor points account.
