payment processor and canceled order

Ok. I reinstalled AUP component. I can cancel transaction now, but points don't go back to a user. (actually it worked once, but then I tried many times and points weren't refunded).

One more thing. I used AlphaUserPoints v.2.0.4 with Jcomments plugin, but it doesn't work with AltaUserPoints. Is there anything for AltaUserPoints? (sorry for off topic).

Try with a new transaction. Refund can only occure once.

For jcomments, you can send us your old plugin so we can quiclkly convert it for ALtaUserPoints.
