They don't interact.
Every time an order has a status change, VM goes through every payment plugins to see if an action is supposed to be taken (eventualy with multiple payment plugins). The issue was not with Jomsocial payment plugin but with Coinbase Commerce's.

We unpublished Coinbase Commerce's payment before testing.
Issue is only if user don't have enough Jomsocial points for payment.
So what will be your proposition to fix it?
Could you fix it, please ?

Please beleive me. Update Coinbase Commerce or remove the Coinbase Commerce payment plugin if you want to test this. Unpublishing is not enough. Virtuemart still loops through it even if this is unpublished.

Can you please open
plugins/vmpayment/coinbasecommerce/coinbasecommerce.php and search for the 'alta' string ?

i get the same error when a user does not have enough points
