Buy Points with Hikashop Not Adding Bought Points was created by Bewellfarmer

As far as I know I have everything set up as the directions say but when someone buys points it does not add them to their AUP account. I made a category just for points. I found the category ID and put it in the plugin settings. I made a product for 1 point. I have it set where 1 point = $1 so set my ratio to 1. Not sure what it could be.

Can you check the rule is intalled and published in AUP rules manager ?
