This issue is not related to VM2wishlists
that part wich is disappearing is not a vm2wishlist extension (sj-minicart-pro)
and it happens on all your pages for admins

Come on ... Concentrate.
VM2wishlis code is not loaded on pages where it happens.
It only happens when admin is logged in. This is some script only loaded by special users groups.

Disable all vm2wishlists plugins/modules and see if this is keeps happening.
If id does keep happening you'll have the confirmation that something else is involved.
