I see, best would be to use the language override and only one list.
The component should support it even if it may not be ready for this.
Let me know where the title / description language tags are not transcriped correctly, and I'll update the component.

Sorry, another multilingual question :-)
I have translated the en-GB.com_vm2wishlists.ini, but a small part remained in English here:
voip2.instamania.hu/hu/osszehasonlitas.html

Product Name, sku and so on. But it is translated in the ini file.
How can I translate those five words?

You're right, I'll update the field to use the Virtuemart strings instead.
