Exactly!

We have 3 orders with status Pending dated 20-June + 1 order dated 19-June.

Of the 3 dated yesterday, 2 are from the same person.

The output is still empty.

I investigated, installing the vm synthetic dashboard admin module wich shows candidtaes orders to be reminded.
It appears your orders all get a 'virtuemart_user_id' of 0

Because of this, as long as there is one confirmed order after pending ones, the component thinks it doesn't need to be reminded.
Any idea why they don't get a virtuemart_user_id ? Aren't they registered users ?

I'll provide a fix asap.

Thanks, Adrien.

Our store gives customers the option to register or checkout as a 'guest'.

Most seem to not wish to register in spite of the obvious benefits.

Most people who register also buy something; some do not.

I look forward to the fix

I updated the component to 1.0.4 (even if the info still mentions 1.0.3 on the extension page) with a fix for non registered customers. But I can't seem to acess your backend anymore. Download it and give it a try. Let me know.
