Well I tryed again, and got both the customer email and the BCC email sent and received successfully without any duplicate.
I tested very most settings possible.
Here are the latest successfull settings I used, You can try these.
Let me know the result.
Also you can try disabling as many options as possible.
Let me know your findings.
