Hi,
Can you check if that specific user is part of any shopper group?
- Need help? Post the URL of the related page (eventualy as confidential info), it will help solve your issue faster.
- An error, notice or warning? report the exact message including the line number
- If you get a white page , enable error reporting and / or check your server error logs.

My user is part of the default shopper group and another shopper group called SMS. I have also tried and gotten the same error with a testuser that's only part of the default shopper group.
