There is no code to put.
SAVE AS
type in the file name to save and the line after, set the encoding to UTF-8

Now works !!
I disactivate vendorpoints2paypal. Here is the problem !!!
Now i can see main page.
And works correctly suggest new categor in add priduct form !!!

Now only the proble is with vendorpoints2paypal.

Bufff .... My god exist B)

Do you have any idea to test this module? (chrome, ie, firefox)

I just tested it successfully.

Do you have AUP component installed ?
Can you check the rule for vendorpoints2paypl is installed and enabled ?

Actually, I now I guess it is because Vendopoints2paypal sends an email and as your site is on localhost.
You do not have a smtp server installed.
So you should not worry about that module before going online.
