If i understand, VMVendor read the language defined in the module vendorpoints2paypal rather than the language of the FrontEnd site?
if yes, i try later. If no, it's a problem because all VM2 isn't in GB-en and it's impossible replicate all the entry tables. (VM2 uses the language in multilanguaje sites to replicate content)

No. VMVendor reads the current site language, just like any other extension.
Can you try your site in english, then submit the Vendorpoints2paypal form to see if you get a blankpage?

- Need help? Post the URL of the related page (eventualy as confidential info), it will help solve your issue faster.
- An error, notice or warning? report the exact message including the line number
- If you get a white page , enable error reporting and / or check your server error logs.

Yes of course, but if test confirms, the solution would then be to fix your catalan language file for VendorPoints2paypal module.
