i dont know what is the pb ? they leave in france, i ask for their adress like that:

fortunetly i didnt select overwrite!!

Then I tried with two users selecting "overwright" and now I have their coordinates to 0/0

here is my config from the Batch:

Geocode: Jomsocial

Pause between each GeoQuery :

Country field: FIELD_COUNTRY

As default, jomsocial users have 255 as coordinates (which doesn't exist as a location) so you must select overwrite existing coordinates. It is recommneded you also set the field for zip code even if you don't publish/enable it.

the pb is when I choose overwright existing .... it gives 0/0 to user's coordinates ?!

I tried with this user ID 42, he was on the map, but when I did the process, the member had disappear and now i have this result:

So it should be working fine.
I don't understand why you get this value: R3918545151
Can you redownload the module and reinstall ? I just updated it again.

Here are the settings I used:

Geocode: Jomsocial
Pause between each GeoQuery: 200000
Street Number field:
Address field: FIELD_ADDRESS
City field: FIELD_CITY
State field:
Zip Code field:
Country field: FIELD_COUNTRY


Another question. Have you set the fields too in Jomsocial configuration ( integration tab) and,
Is geocoding working when a user saves own Jomsocial profile?
If not there might be another issue involved.
