It seems you have hard times sending a screenshot.
First you must click 'Add File' then click in the text area wher you want the file to show and click 'Inset Button' like this:
But in your case a screenshot would not help at all. You must provide a URL. Or provide the javascript erro that shows in your browser javascript console.
