Please check the settings which i have done to enable the module
its on left side you can see the position

because the page is trying to load:
templates/_system/css/general.css
and not
templates/system/css/general.css
see the difference.
Same problem for wall.png

The module was not loading on your page because maybe you set more activities to show in the module parameteres thant the currently exisiting activities...?
