one more thing... in the plugins parameters i selected that the player be set in the sidebar top. and it stays in the content position.

That parameter only aplys to position when adding the plugin for the first time.
If the plugin is allready added only user parameter is taken into consideration.

Just like every other Jomsocial plugins.
