I'll work on this this afternoon if Souncloud is not down again (cf saturday saoundcloud issue)

Hi,

After hours of headaches on this, I finally understaood that Soundcloud is blocking remote access. Whatever the soundcloud url is all we can get from Jomsocial API at soundcloud is a Sorry message with:
Code:
No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin 'http://www.nordmograph.com' is therefore not allowed access. index.php?option=com_community&view=videos&task=myvideos&userid=116&Itemid=1000150:1

I have no solution for this right now. It is not a Jomsocial issue. Only SOundcloud not wanting this kind of script to accress their data without an API. All I can do is looking if there is a way to bypass Jomsocial video addition API
to use a custom one made with Soundcloud API.

Hi,

Maybe could you do it without bypass SC API? Attempts to bypass SC API in the future may cause further problems. Maybe that libraries should use the API?

This is a big problem for us, because also very important is compatible with JS in the future.
On the one hand, the extension does not work, on the other hand, the libraries must exist in the system, because when their absence causes break our layout.

Using this extension is very risky. If you can not find a stable solution, we will have to remove all SC items from our users.
It will be very bad for our brand.
