I reinstall the plugin and persist the problem:
The product is for 12.10€ but the vendor received 24.20 points 12.10 + 12.10:

Ok, screenshots are helpfull.
Your settings are correct as I have the same.
I still can not replicate the isse. I just tyed again as you can see
It's triggereing only once as it should.
According to the code it should not be able to trigger more than once
No idea what could be causing it.
What payment method are you using to confirm the order ?
I tryed using standard payment and confirming manually from the backend.
