second payment

Dear Adrien,
we included the new payment which you created.
Our system subtracts the AUPs as discount but then there’s no further option to pay the rest of the bill (with paypal or credit card).
Is there a way to set a pop up with further payment options after choosing AUPs as payment?

Hello

First you must make sure Coupons are enabled in VM config so the coupon is created and used in the current order.

Then after paying points to get the coupon, customer is sent back to checkout page with the coupon showing in the bill and can choose another payment method.

What other payment method(s) did you set ?

The use of Coupon Codes was already enabled .. were using paypal & creditcard/ec (german payment card) ... so still the same problem!

Please describe what's going wrong.
To summurize:
Customer gets points deducted.
1- Is he sent back to current checkout page after AUP payment ?
If not what happens ? What page is he sent to ?

2- If yes, is the coupon code added to the order ?

3- isn't he able to select other payment methods ?

ps: I went to your shop admin, but it seems I can't access VM submenu items.

OK - After reading your last reply again; we do NOT sell Coupon Codes - just Products right from the Shop!

EDIT: added superuser rights to your account reg. submenus ...

OK I visited your admin
You must enable the 'Partial payment' option in AUP payment method settings.

You don't have to sell coupon codes, just enable the feature in VM config.
