but why the avatar is displayed in other tools like jreviews?
what is the solution? upload a new avatar?

What avatar ? the default ? or the user avatar.
The link is broken, the image does not exist.

Clean Solution (on your side):
remove corrupted data from the user table or upload the missing avatar.
or re upload an avatar for this user.

Dirty solution (on my side):
Test every avatar paths (only possible on local hosting, amazon s3 hosting not supported) and replace by default avatar is broken

Prefer the clean solution, better for everyone.
