How?
There is no activities import?
What’s the purpose of exporting them whatsoever ?
How can I consolidate AUP users and user activities from 2 different databases with some common users?

No, as I said there is no import. Importing users from a Joomla to another existing one is not that easy.
As you probably already know Joomla doesn't have an export/import users feature.
The purpose of exporting points activities is more about externalizing data. Not everybody uses it. I don't.
It was developed by Bernard Gilly, the original developer of AUP back in the early days.

The hard part of importing users from a Joomla to another is about the homogenization of the users' IDs ... and passwords of imported users would not be usable anymore. They would have to be reset.

Hi!
There are 3rd party tools that export/import users with zero impact on passwords as long as source/target are the same Joomla version (hence same encryption), such as this:
www.joomlarra.com/joomla-extensions/arra-user-migrate/
The fact is that we need to consolidate AUP activities from 2 different databases, where most users are the same but with different activities.
Can you help us with that?
Maybe this might be of help to other AUP users.
Or maybe us just a new custom.

Problem is that user ID will change from source to target site, so other tables such as CB's Jomsocial, EasySocial's or AUP relating to users will have ID reference broken.
How many users do you have to import ?

Nearly 1,000 users.
But there is a way to keep User ID's, so source IDs references won't be broken.
Furthermore, from the near 1,000 users to be migrated some 400 already exist on destination database.
