The map is not displayed

Yes, I just fixed an incorect settings in your plg_geommunity_sobipro plugin:
You set the the category markers icon setting to 'enabled' without uploading your icons set as described int he field tooltip.
I disabled it so it now shows the default sobipro marker icons.
I also fixed some minor issues with the plugin and updated it on your site.
So you might want to download the latest version for your archive.

It's now working as expected, except the marker search wich keeps stuck because of another javascript issue on the page (check the browser console) even with Protostar template. That erro is showing also when disabling the Geommunity module. So Geommunity is not causing it.

To use Geommunity in best conditions you should keep your page free of javascript issues in the browser console.

my sobipro entries are not shown in the map (there are just 2 of them).
I see the map coordinates are in sobipro_field_geo table, but I don't understand how the system fills this table.

Is there a way to force a refresh to populate this table?

No, if coordinates are set correctly, they should show just as your 2 others show at:
showbook.pro/new2017_4/index.php?option=...02&templateStyle=126

Compare the settings between those showing and those not to understand why some are missing.

It reads latitude and longitude fields from the #__sobipro_field_geo table. But there are other conditions.
Validity dates, section, category, state, approved etc ...

My #__sobipro_field_geo contains only the coordinate of 2 entries.

I'm asking if you know how the system (using which fields or other) can fill the rows of #__sobipro_field_geo
