Probably because you set links absolut (sef) links.
If you don't mind me to test when you have disabled sef.
Let me know when I can try.

Thank you just tested and the behaviour is the same as when SEF was on, so the issue is not related to SEF. You can now reenable it. I'll do some more testing tonight.
